The open arches at the front of the house can be closed with double curtains at night, offering a cozy retreat that blends seamlessly with nature. Please note that due to the unique design and elevated location of the house, which is accessed via a long set of stairs, we regret that we cannot accommodate children under 16 or guests with physical disabilities for safety reasons.
Living in a semi-open house amidst nature, guests may encounter insects, ants, small lizards, and mosquitoes. Our dedicated team does their best to keep the house clean and free of bugs, contributing to the authenticity of this nature experience.
The property is nestled along a valley among other villas. While ensuring complete privacy and uninterrupted views, we kindly request noise reduction after 10 PM to respect our neighbors.
While we provide our guests as much privacy as possible, the house has open views over the local rice fields. At times this can mean that local farmers are not far away and could possibly look into the property from the fields in the distance.
As with all our properties, we ask guests to respect local laws and regulations. Sharing explicit or LGBT content on public platforms is discouraged due to local laws. Drone use is allowed between 8 AM and 9 AM with prior team permission, and not permitted outside these hours, ensuring privacy for all guests.
We provide a small safety box for valuables for your peace of mind. Our neighborhood is safe, with your local host, Made, a resident of the nearby village. We maintain close relations with local farmers, always welcoming to our guests.
